I have just returned from a really nice stay in this good budget hotel, neat and contemporary rooms. It has incredibly nice, accommodating staff. The room is reasonably priced. Offers fantastic service and good food. Free Wi-Fi which allows me to work can be used throughout the property...

I stayed for 5 nights while visiting the nearby Louvre Museum and appreciated the location. The Double Studio was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. I also enjoyed the espresso machine available in the common areas. The staff were accommodating, and I found the early check-in option, which I took advantage of, to be a nice perk.

We could cook. The room was nicely arranged for family. The play area was really enjoyable for kids.
The breakfast provided was not good.

Beautifully designed and new-fashioned unit on the mezzanine, EXCEPTIONALLY NICE staff. Particularly good and perfect location by RER train station, functional style building. Close to Bercy Village, and iVal d'Europe mall.

One receptionist - Gabriella was exceptionally helpful & friendly.
Have contacted hotel directly to complain about insolence of one receptionist - Jean Marc Tourin. Got reply over 2 weeks later thanking me for my feedback. This man used obscene language in a very personal fashion - the least I expected in response was an apology, but did not happen.

chic design, definitely worth the money. provides you stove and mini kitchen, but bear in mind that to buy groceries at the undergroud supermarket nearby will cost you a bomb.
worst staffs ever. staff literally groaned when i asked to open door between our rooms and showed us attitude when we called to asked for little helps. untrained staffs i would say

The apartments feature a well-equipped kitchen area with utensils, plates, and a refrigerator, great for convenient meal preparation. Located near the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterand, there are easy access points to public transport for exploring the city.
Some apartments had issues like mold on ceilings, a musty smell, and inadequate furnishings for the number of guests. Maintenance concerns included broken air conditioning, loose toilet paper holders, and dirty balconies, while housekeeping fell short, requiring requests for basic cleaning supplies like towels and linens.

Its close To Metro and rer station (although rer and Metro has a bit of an unsafe feeling, and you are constantly have to stay alert) few cafes nearby, quiet. We booked a junior suite with kitchennette inside, nice feature.
The staff is generally friendly, although one particular staff is a bit rude, and didnt help at all. He think hes a movie star stuck in reception job.

Complimentary espresso machine in the room
Rooms are too small for two, even no space to open your luggage. No wireless in the room, far away from city centre nothing special around that commercial area, parking is problem, not worth that money (had no other choice si ce no hotel was available at that time) wouls definetely prefer tO stay in a two star hotel in city centre like ibis which' room is more spacious then here

The hotel was relatively close to the metro, the staff was helpful and professional, the room was clean, comfortable and modern.
As European hotels go the size of the room was what we expected. We felt very comfortable in the clean room and were able to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
